eStatements Disclosure

Citizens National Bank NetTeller eStatements Agreement

This agreement applies to each person or business entity who establishes an online banking account with Citizens National Bank, or who uses or is authorized to use a NetTeller identification number and password, or other means of access we establish or approve, and enrolls in electronic statements (also known as eStatements). The term “NetTeller” means our service that allows you to make payments, transfer funds, access accounts, obtain information and perform other transactions over the Internet and/or other means we authorize or allow.


By enrolling in Electronic Statements, you agree that we may provide you with your periodic banking account statements, including but not limited to any future disclosures, amendments, privacy policies, letters, correspondences, and any other notices that may be legally required to be provided to you, in electronic form. Once enrolled in the eStatements service, you will receive your next statements, notices, and documents electronically only. By clicking "I Agree" you also demonstrate that you are able to open these statements. Adobe Acrobat Reader® version 6.0 or higher is required to open and view your statement(s)/notice(s). To download the latest version of Adobe Reader®, go to http://www.adobe.com/. It is your responsibility as an eStatements customer to review our disclosures periodically and understand these disclosures may be updated with or without notice.


Security:

To access CNB's NetTeller Internet banking service, you must use the identification number and/or other means of access we establish or provide for your account, as well as a password. Anyone to whom you give your NetTeller ID and password or other means of access will have full access to your accounts even if you attempt to limit that person’s authority. Anyone who accesses a linked account(s) does so with the consent of the primary account holder or as a secondary account holder on the account(s). Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. You are responsible to strictly establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized transactions.


Internet Banking Transactions:

You or someone you have authorized by giving them your Internet Banking identification number and password or other means of access (even if that person exceeds your authority), can instruct us to perform the following transactions: 

• Make transfers between your qualifying accounts to the extent authorized; 

• Obtain account information that we make available about your qualifying accounts; 

• View account activity on your accessible accounts; 

• Review check images on accounts; 

• Authorize payments to be made to third parties from a designated account.


Electronic Statements:

• The availability of eStatements will be dependent upon your statement cut date 

• Once you elect to receive eStatements, you will no longer receive printed statements in the mail 

• Statements can be printed by the bank for a fee paid by the customer
